Theodora Millward

Theodora was born and raised in Cambridge, Ontario. To explore her passion for travel, culture and foreign languages, she completed her undergraduate studies in Germany before working in Toronto and relocating to Thunder Bay as a Charter Class member of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University. Theodora was called to the Bar in 2016 and has been practicing Family Law locally since. She has expanded her legal practice to include residential real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, and has completed her training as a Family Law Mediator. She is committed to resolution-oriented advocacy and navigates both the negotiation and court processes with reason, confidence and compassion for the challenges faced by her clients.

Theodora has sat on the Thunder Bay Law Association Board, taught German as a sessional instructor at Lakehead University, and currently devotes her time to professional growth, enjoying her adopted Northern Ontario lifestyle, and caring for her family – young and old.
