Umberto Agostino

Umberto is a senior practicing counsel in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury claims, insurance defence litigation, Aboriginal law, and wills and estates, and real estate.

Umberto has represented clients on numerous occasions in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also participated as counsel before several administrative tribunals including the Consent and Capacity Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Umberto has been appointed and has acted as an agent for the Ministry of the Attorney General of Canada since 1990.

Umberto was raised in Thunder Bay and is married with two children. He has a working knowledge of the Italian Language.
