Robin A. Clinker
Robin received her Bachelor of Arts, First Class Standing from Lakehead University in 1999. She was the recipient of the Social Sciences and Humanities Medal, which is awarded to the highest ranking graduating students in the Bachelor's and Honours Bachelor's degree programs. Robin then received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2006. She has been practicing in Thunder Bay since that time and joined Petrone + Partners in 2010. She joined the partnership in 2015.
Robin's primary focus is civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury litigation (including motor vehicle litigation, and slip and falls), insurance defence litigation, estate litigation, employment law, and corporate and commercial litigation. She also has experience with landlord and tenant matters, real estate and real estate litigation, wills and estates, and debt collection.
Robin is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and The Advocate's Society. She is currently acts as the Secretary on the Executive of the Board of the Thunder Bay Law Association and is the co-chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. She also enjoys working as a clinical instructor at the Bora Laskin Law School in the Civil Practice Course.
In her spare time, Robin enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time with her husband Trevor and their three children.
