Kaylee Swearengen

Kaylee was born and raised in Murillo and is excited to begin providing legal services in her hometown of Thunder Bay. Kaylee graduated from Lakehead University in 2020 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science Pre-Law, first-class standing. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2024.

Kaylee worked at the Lakehead University Community Legal Services clinic as a caseworker gaining valuable experience in the areas of Landlord and Tenant Board, Small Claims Court, Employment, Provincial Offences and Criminal Law. She completed her practice placement with Legal Aid Ontario working in Family and Criminal Law.
Kaylee’s practice will focus on family law, wills and estate planning along with general litigation.

Kaylee was previously a cosmetic manager and enjoys learning and teaching all things makeup and skincare . She loves warm weather, and you can find her outside enjoying our sunny Thunder Bay summers, spending time with friends and family, reading, and catching up on reality TV.
